Every family deserves a safe and healthy home. Our Environmental Health programs focus on preventing the dangers of lead exposure and mold contamination that continue to affect children and families across New Jersey and New York.

• Lead Safety Workshops – Free community education sessions that teach families how to identify and prevent lead hazards in their homes.
   
• Mold Prevention & Awareness – Guidance on recognizing mold risks, improving air quality, and creating safer living environments.
   
• Community Outreach – Partnering with schools, housing authorities, and local organizations to spread awareness and provide resources where they are needed most.
   

Impact: Protecting children from developmental risks, reducing asthma and respiratory issues, and empowering families with tools to keep their homes healthy.

We believe access to opportunity is the foundation of a strong community. Our Workforce Training programs prepare individuals — especially returning citizens, unemployed youth, and underserved populations — with the certifications and skills they need to build stable, meaningful careers.

• Certifications Offered: OSHA-30, Lead & Mold Remediation, Forklift Operation, Environmental Technician Training.
   
• Scholarships: We provide financial support so cost is never a barrier to participation.
   
• Job Placement Assistance: Partnerships with employers in construction, environmental services, and logistics help connect participants to real job opportunities.

Our youth programs focus on building confidence, discipline, and hope in the next generation. Through mentorship and athletics, we help young people see beyond their circumstances and discover their potential.

• Run for Second Chances: A mentorship and running program that teaches youth endurance, goal-setting, and resilience through athletics.
   
• Running Programs & Events: Community races and training sessions that promote health and teamwork.
   
• Gear Sponsorship: Providing sneakers, athletic gear, and mentorship support so financial barriers don’t stop youth from participating.
